This intermediate-level class focuses on shooting from cover—an essential skill for any serious rifle user. Building on your transition work from Carbine Rifle (200), this course introduces a variety of techniques to help you move to, shoot from, and engage threats around cover.
You’ll practice shooting from multiple angles and positions, using cover effectively, and refining your rifle-to-pistol transitions under more complex conditions.

What equipment do I need to attend?
The class description gives you the required equipment for each class. For many of our 100 Level classes, we give you everything you need to get started... free of charge!
For many of our 200 Level classes, we still give you a what you need, and you just need to purchase ammo... which can be bought right in the store if needed.
Do I need to take a prerequisite class to attend this class?
You do not need to take a prior class to take any of our 100 Level classes. Many of our 101, 200 and 300 Level classes do require a prerequisite class to ensure you have a solid foundation to learn additional skills.
Required prerequisites are listed in the class description and are there to ensure every student is on the same page in the intermediate and advanced classes.
Will I get a certificate or credit for this class?
We think it is important to recognize your time and dedication to training!
You will receive a Certificate of Completion that will show you are attending classes and building a record of your training! These certificates can also be submitted when you apply for your CCW/LTC applications.
